Every surface was reconsidered. A custom-made kitchen replaced the old one, fully equipped and built to function like a real home, not a rental. The bathroom was rebuilt around a rain shower and spa-level finishes. Premium appliances, custom furniture, luxury linen, quality crockery and cutlery were brought in throughout — because a boutique apartment should feel considered in every detail, not just photogenic in the main shot.
